Marnie Wynen  |  Managing Director - Director

CEO and Director of Appleby International. A Licensed Estate Agent with 20 years combined expertise in servicing the legal and real estate industries including professional property conveyancing, property management and property investment consultancy.  Marnie works extensively with her clients both nationally and internationally providing valuable input to assist them with their structure of investment, through the sales/purchase process and onto ensuring the tenanting of their investment. Fraser Main  |  Facilities Management Director

Director, has in excess of 16 years experience in the Property Construction Industry.  Initially started life working as a Quantity Surveyor on a number of large projects including Southgate, the Museum of Victoria and the Melbourne Airport International Terminal redevelopment.  Since commencing with the firm, Fraser has had an active involvement in all stages of the development cycle. In addition to Project Procurement he has specialized in the preparation of Feasibility Studies, acting for Banks, Financiers, Private Equity Investors and Project Management roles including acting as Superintendent.

Bruce Wright  |  Facilities Management

A highly experienced Facilities Manager with more than 30 years in Facilities Management and Maintenance on a wide range of Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Corporate properties, including the Jam Factory, Melbourne International Airport and Loy Yang Power Station.  He is a licensed Electrical Mechanical Engineer, a member of the Facility Management Association of Australia and his experience ranges from Management Training through to a supervisory role as well as the implementation of systems with a hands on approach and the appropriate training of personnel across all aspects of Facilities Management.

Matthew Brunsdon  |  Property Consultant

A key member of the sales team in the Abu Dhabi office has experience in the United Kingdom and numerous states thoughout Australia. Matthew has a firm understanding on a wide variety of real estate and has sold a variety of property including residential allotments, although the majority of his work has been on the marketing and sale of larger scale developments including boutique residential projects, namely ‘The Raffles’ (Western Australia) and ‘Lacrosse’ (Victoria).

Has 25 years combined experience in office administration, project sales and marketing.  Debbie assists the Chairman of Appleby International in day to day operations together with her key roles which incorporate, project and statistical research, preparation of marketing material, coordinating appointments nationally and internationally along with client relations.  Her customer service skills are reflected in her approach and professionalism in her role.

Leanne Hall  |  Executive Assistant

Holds a Bachelor of Business with 10 years of combined experience in the property investment and retail industries.  As Personal Assistant to the CEO of Operations, Leanne’s key responsibilities include sourcing key investment projects, development sites and liaising with developers.  Leanne runs the key administration areas of Appleby International whilst overseeing the teams throughout Asia and the UAE and contributes to advising clients with their investment portfolios.
