Monash Property Management (MPM) a wholly owned company of Monash University currently offering accommodation and associated services & facilities to some 2000 plus residents across Monash University. MPM offer extensive pastoral care to Uni Village students through a residential support team comprising of a Head Supervisor and Deputy, Resident Advisor, Mentors and Resident Programs Coordinator.

CORPORATION (BODY CORPORATE) MANAGER:

PRDnationwide has been appointed as the Corporation (Body Corporate) Manager. PRD are highly qualified and experienced Corporation Managers of major residential complexes. To ensure the project's long-term integrity, stringent rules have been implemented for cleanliness, quality of landscaping, prompt maintenance and the general tidiness of the resort. The Corporation will appoint an on-site Manager.
