The Apartments

The amenities will include full air-conditioning providing ducted heating or cooling to all habitable spaces (excluding balconies). Close circuit security system will be installed in ground level and basement and will be monitored through 24-hour concierge. Car parks will be operated via remote control keypad. All doors to foyer, lifts and car park will be operated via swipe card.

 

 

Interior Design

The interior is designed around the idea of contrast: contrast between light and dark, between movement of space, and in selection of finishes. The building is also a journey from the footpath to the apartment interior. From the shimmering curvaceous exterior which funnels the viewer from the street, past a clipped "surreal" landscape into the foyer space.

 

 

Apartment Interiors

The general tone is light and elegant, with features subtlety detailed, all walls and ceilings are a warm off white with floor tiles to kitchen/bathroom to match. Carpet selection ranges from very light cream to soft sandy and charcoal. Kitchen bench tops are detailed to match floor tiles. The bathrooms are stone coloured polished tiles, frosted and clear glass walls. The vanity emporite is metallic charcoal with matt finished bluestone top. Tiled walls are mosaic and deep cream in colour. Other apartment features include charcoal window frames; floor to ceiling doors and chrome door handles.

 

 

Foyer

The general tone of the foyer is light and reflective, matt stone coloured terrazzo floors, textured "scale like" matt stainless steel columns and light coloured facetted ceiling is highlighted by the soft coloured hue of inclined glass walls. There are also views to exterior ponds and gardens beyond. The stone reception desk is in stark contrast to the soft tones of the space, and appears to float on the glass wall.

 

 

Lift | Apartment Foyer

The four lift interiors are jewel like, lined with different coloured mirrors giving the impression of a precious stone. The lift door is polished in stainless steel to match the exterior with red L.E.D digits, stainless steel handrail and bluestone floor. From the rich colour of the lifts the apartment foyers are dark and muted. The carpet is charcoal to match the walls, doors are a glass version of the walls with polished silver door handles, numbers and threshold to match lift doors. The ambience is created using spot lighting with each foyer housing an abstract coloured art object.
